Shawn Penoyer Interiors offers Commercial Interiors Design and Commercial Planning Services. Our firm expertise is in space planning and implementation based on client’s needs, tastes and budget. The client’s participation is encouraged in every phase of the project. Each project receives personal attention from our experienced designers and interior decorators, enabling clients to achieve excellent value for every dollar invested. We work closely with architects and clients to determine the structure of a space planning, the needs of the occupants, and the style that best suits both.

For our commercial clients we specialize in space planning as many of our customers take over office space that is undeveloped. We create all the necessary drawings and documents for permitting.
Our commercial designs are focused on productivity, commercial codes, and the corporate image our clients are interested in conveying to their customers. We select flooring and wall materials, office furniture and lighting, customize reception areas and cabinetry. We work efficiently with, and can supply our own partner general contractors and architects in order to facilitate the development of our clients projects.
